The new legislation, which was released for public deliberation until March 13, also determines the new conditions and restrictions for the use of land as vegetable gardens for household consumption, while the new legal framework also outlines the areas labeled “Exclusive residential regions”, where limited activities associated with social welfare, education, open sporting facilities, religious spaces, local markets, recycling spots, mobile phone antennas will be permitted, as well as the new provision of urban cultivation.
