The Greek Meteorological Services (EMY) released an emergency weather bulletin warning of a sudden deterioration over the weekend. Heavy rainfall, storms and in some regions snow, will initially affect western Greece and extend to the eastern part of the country on Sunday. Northwestern Greece could even see snowfall in the semi-mountainous regions.
