Legendary veteran goalkeeper of Olympiakos Piraeus Panagiotis Kelesidis is being treated with Covid at Tzanio Hospital. He is in critical condition and is being treated in an impromptu intensive care unit outside the properly designated wards.
The secretary of the Association of Veterans of the club Antonis Glykas speaking to protothema.gr stated that Panagiotis Kelesidis, although vaccinated with both doses, was admitted to Tzanio hospital yesterday with respiratory problems. Later, however, his health deteriorated.
Panagiotis Kelesidis is intubated outside the ICU and is struggling to find a bed in the Intensive Care Unit of another hospital.
