The Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS) issued an emergency severe weather warning of the worsening of weather with rain, storms, and strong winds.

On Tuesday in the islands of the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese and temporarily in the southern Ionian, the Peloponnese, Crete, central and eastern Macedonia, and Thrace.
The intense phenomena will probably temporarily affect Attica and southern Evia on Monday night and in the early morning hours of Tuesday.
South winds that will reach 7 to 8 Beaufort in the seas: They will blow on Monday, which on Tuesday will gradually turn from the west and north to northwest with the same intensity.
