Tsitsipas to the ‘rescue’, as he ‘saves’ a ball girl from a bug (video)

He also saved the bug

Newsroom January 25 03:04

Stefanos Tsitsipas beat Taylor Fritz 3-2 sets yesterday and qualified for the “8” of the Australian Open, but the Greek tennis player managed to go viral for another reason.

The top tennis star drew all eyes on him not because of the great match against the American tennis player but for his ‘saving’ the day for a ball girl who “froze” in front of a large insect, at the beginning of the fifth set.

Tsitsipas not only chose to save the frightened girl from the large bug and leave his match to the side for a while, but he also took care not to kill it by putting it on his racket and removing it from the court, with the official page of the ATP Tour on Twitter to extoll him.
