The conditions in many areas in the Attica basin continue to be highly perilous, as snow has frozen on roads and sidewalks rendering them extremely dangerous for drivers and pedestrians.

Residents reveal that the snow that fell in the previous days has turned into solid ice as the Municipalities failed to act in time and remove the snow and clean the roads from broken branches.

In dozens of areas from North to South Attica such as Penteli, Holargos, Agia Paraskevi, Vyronas, Alimos, etc. except for a few main roads, most roads are covered with a thick layer of ice up to 10 cm.
