According to Greek authorities, the newly confirmed coronavirus cases recorded in the last 24 hours were 10,528.

The total number of people who became ill amounts to 3,573,052 (daily change + 0.3%), of which 48.7% are men.

The number of possible new infections recorded in the last 24 hours was 1,631 while since the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic the total number is estimated at 152,749 (4.1% of the total number of positive results).

There are 9 new deaths of patients with COVID-19, while a total of 30,124 deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the epidemic. 95.7% had an underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older.

The number of patients treated by intubation is 94 (55.3% men). Their median age is 70 years. 92.6% have an underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older. Among intubated patients, 46 (48.94%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 48 (51.06%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,715 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
