The archaeological site of the Acropolis will remain closed to visitors today due to the high temperatures and the new two-day heat wave in Attica, according to a decision of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Athens City.
In particular, as stated in the decision:
“The Ephorate of Antiquities of Athens City, taking into account the new rise in temperature, informs you that, today, Tuesday 25 July 2023, the Acropolis Archaeological Site will be open with the last entry of visitors at 13:00 and reopening at 17:00.”
