Pro LGBTQ groups complained about his refusal

Newsroom September 12 05:55

A French obstetrician-gynecologist in Pau refused to examine a biological man who transitioned into a “woman” and could face legal action.

LGBTQ activists and anti-homophobia associations are lobbying against him on the grounds that he refused to exercise his professional duty.

Based on the complaints, the matter is expected to be resolved in the French courts.
