New Democracy is asking for specific answers from SYRIZA and Stefanos Kasselakis after the new revelations made today by Proto THEMA, which is circulating on newsstands about the labyrinth of Kasselakis Co.
THEMA reveals and presents in a diagram the labyrinth of the Kasselakis family’s business activities starting in 2007 and continuing to this day.
“The Kasselakis family’s business moves over the years refer to a labyrinth, starting with the offshore in Panama and Belize of father Theo and reaching the LLC of son Stephanos, in the famous as “legal tax haven” of Delaware.
Stefanos Kasselakis, having effectively admitted that he violated the SYRIZA law that prohibits participation – either in management or in capital – in a foreign company, declaring himself ready to pay a fine, and after presenting various versions of his companies of interest in the US and elsewhere, finally indicated that in recent days he had made a transfer of his holdings.
“For an expatriate who has a successful business track record, it is not so easy to make transfers in such a short period of time. But in the last few days the transfers were made,” a source close to Mr Kasselakis told THEMA, while for the rest – i.e. what was transferred, at what price and to whom – he referred to the “maiden return” to be filed at the end of June,” the publication said.

Questions about the routes of the money are raised by the ND
In a statement issued after the revelations of the newspaper “Proto Thema”, New Democracy raises five questions about the routes of money from Stefanos Kasselakis, commenting that “we know that we will not receive any answer again and as long as Mr. Kasselakis continues to throw the ball in the stands, we will continue to ask them urgently!”
The statement of the New Democracy
After the successive publications of the newspapers “Proto Thema” and “Parapolitika”, new important questions are added regarding the violation of the law by the President of SYRIZA, the business maze and his money trails.
The questions are now relentless and require specific answers.
1. Given that the Delaware Business Registry is NOT required to follow transparency rules, WHEN the Left Media loan was made WHO was the manager of OSIOS LLC and WHO was the principal SHAREHOLDER? WHO ultimately signed the loan agreement on behalf of the company?
2. Is it related to the takeover of his family company by the listed company he was then managing?
3. With what funds was PHILACOATINGS Inc. (USA) formed and what was the role of the ghost company “THE PHILA COATINGS MARITIME PAINTING AND COATINGS MEPE”?
4. How common is it for the CEO to buy his company? Were the shareholders of listed Tiptree Inc. aware of the activities of their subsidiary Tiptree Marine?
5. Why is the headquarters of PHILACOATINGS, which shows no business activity, an ultra-luxurious villa in which the Kasselakis family spent the holidays? How was it purchased? Is it customary for a villa to be declared as the registered office of a company?
We know that we will again receive no answers and as long as Mr Kasselakis continues to throw the ball around, we will continue to ask them urgently!
A statement in which it does not give any answer to the revelations of THEMAS circulating on the newsstands about Kasselakis Co. and the questions posed by the ND, was issued by SYRIZA on Sunday afternoon, choosing to return to the issue of Anna Michelle Asimakopoulou.
SYRIZA is content to refer to what Stefanos Kasselakis said in his interviews last week on MEGA and ANT1, claiming that in these interviews the party president gave “clear” answers.
The statement of SYRIZA
Heavily politically exposed by the scandal of the transfer of personal data of Greeks abroad from the ministry of Ms Kerameos to the New Democracy party, which constitutes a criminal offence, the government seeks to artificially maintain the issue of the business activity of Stefanos Kasselakis.
Unless it has a problem of inability to understand the clear answers given by the President of SYRIZA in his recent interviews on the Mega news bulletin and the Ant1 morning news programme.
New York: Frame-by-frame the moment robbers empty Gucci store with $50,000 worth of products
We hope that during the time that Mr Mitsotakis and his family were on a leisure trip to the oasis of Siva using the Prime Minister’s aircraft, he will have thought about the answers he has to give about the scandal with the emails that were granted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to New Democracy for electoral reasons.
We also call on him to give all the details of the “investigation” conducted by the Maximou on the matter to the political parties, the competent Data Protection Authority and the Public Prosecutor’s Office that ordered a preliminary investigation into the personal data breach.
We also raise two questions:
How much did the flight of the Prime Minister’s aircraft to Oasis Siva cost the Greek taxpayers?
How many, who and in what capacity were on board the state aircraft on the flight from Elefsina to Oasis Siva?
