The weather will generally be sunny today and tomorrow with occasional showers in the western and northern mountainous areas.
The temperature will reach 26 degrees Celsius, with winds at 6 on the Beaufort scale, according to the director of the Hellenic National Meteorological Service.
According to Thodoros Kolydas, the weather will be favorable for excursions until Holy Wednesday.
It should be noted that northerly winds will be strengthened, reaching 7 to 8 on the Beaufort scale.
On Holy Thursday, when most travelers are expected to embark on trips, they will not encounter any problems. The winds will have weakened, reaching up to 6 on the Beaufort scale.
On Good Friday, the weather will be change in central and northern Greece, except for the northeast. In these areas, there is a high probability that the Epitaph procession may take place in the rain. However, the temperature will remain at decent levels, around 25 degrees Celsius.
This weather seems to persist until Good Friday, but it appears to improve by the night of the Resurrection. On Easter Sunday, the weather will be improved in most areas.
