A 63-year-old homeless man was found dead on Thursday afternoon on a street bench in Panormou which was is home. The man was claimed dead hours before he was found.

Although he had died on a central street in Athens a main road leading to the metro station, no one had noticed that the man on the bench was dead. Next to him were his bags with his belongings. When the ambulance arrived, the man was already in rigor mortis.
