A new development presents the case of the death of the 63-year-old woman in Chalkida as while it was initially estimated that the tragic event resulted from a fall, it was eventually found that someone or someone stabbed the unfortunate woman.

In particular, the investigation revealed that the woman had five wounds in the neck area (neck) which came from a sharp object, probably a knife, without yet having identified the person or persons who deprived her so wildly of life.

The tragic story began to unfold last Friday afternoon (10/5) when a family friend of the victim called the authorities and reported that she went to the woman’s house and found her dead.

At the scene, members of the National Police rushed to the scene. and found that the body of the deceased was inside her two-storey house, at the base of an internal staircase, in a prone position and with a visible head wound, and there was a pool of blood at the scene.

In addition, it was found that the rooms on the first floor of the house were visibly disturbed, the entrances to the house bore no obvious signs of forced entry and were unsecured, and as the deceased’s daughter and cohabitant testified, the sum of 7,000 euros had been taken from her room at an unspecified time.
