“They hit the door with an axe. He was afraid they were going to kill him and shot him.”

According to the perpetrator’s father (the two of them live together, while the 54-year-old, who is single and has no children, used to live on the unit), the four went to the livestock unit on Monday night, broke down the door and shouted that they were going to kill his son. He got scared because they opened the door to the storage shed using an axe and a fire extinguisher, started stealing things and tools and shot them.
