Erdoğan on Netanyahu: Accusations of bloodsucking vampire – USA and Israel equally accountable for genocide

The Turkish president also directed criticism towards Europe, accusing it of betraying its own values and human rights

Newsroom May 29 09:14

‘Bloodsucking vampire’ was how Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan labeled Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing the United States of being equally responsible for the genocide unfolding in Gaza.

The Turkish president turned against Europe stating that it killed its own values and human rights. Specifically,  expressed that the world is watching the barbarity of a weakling, a maniac, a psychopath, a bloodsucking vampire named Netanyahu, and they are watching it unfold live.

At the meeting of the Parliamentary Group of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), the audience chanted slogans that expressed their sentiments against Netanyahu specifically claiming he is damned by God” and that the Israeli leader is a murderer.”

The Turkish President then turned against the United States, saying they are complicit in the genocide in Gaza and have blood on their hands. Erdoğan then continued to criticize Europe outlining that European states and governments became accomplices in the genocide, emphasizing the barbarity in a vampire-like manner stressing that hospitals, schools, and mosques, have been bombed, and yet Europe continues to remain silent. Emphasis was made on targeted humanitarian aid convoys, the shot journalists, doctors, workers in humanitarian organizations, and the mass graves found on hospital grounds.

Erdoğan also stated that Israel “poses a threat not only to Palestinians, not only to Gaza but to all humanity and global peace,” adding that “Hitler, whom Netanyahu follows today,” was stopped, albeit late, with the alliance of US and the Soviet Union.

“This genocide, this brutality, this barbarism must stop immediately with the alliance of humanity before it’s too late before Netanyahu and his network of murderers completely lose control,” Erdoğan said.

The Turkish president also expressed the genocide that Israel is carrying out in Gaza has entered a much bloodier phase and noted that at least 45 innocent Palestinians witnessed the attack in scenes where civilians in the alleged safe area struggled to survive.

Stating that the human soul cannot bear to see the images, he wondered: “What did you want from 15,000 innocent children? Have you no humanity left? Do you have no conscience? Do you have no mercy? Do you have no values, no limits, no restraint? Are you so hostile to humanity? Do you have no trace of compassion in your heart? No religion on earth can justify this brutality. No faith, no ideology, however twisted it may be, can justify the beheading of an innocent baby or burning innocent citizens alive in their tents.”

Continuing, Erdoğan stated that “not only innocent children were killed in Gaza, not only genocide was committed,” but while humanity was dying in Gaza, democracy, human rights, freedom of expression, freedom of the press, and women’s and children’s rights were dying in Europe.

Erdoğan criticized the stance of the United Nations towards the war in Gaza, saying, “If in the 21st century you cannot stop a genocide that the whole world is watching live, what are you good for?” The United Nations cannot protect even its personnel, let alone stop genocide, he commented.

Finally, he turned against the Islamic world: “What are you waiting for to make a joint decision? What more do you need to react? Dogs are eating the bodies of the dead on the streets of Gaza. Israeli terrorists enter the homes of Muslims and share pictures from their bedrooms. Muslim children are slaughtered in hospitals. They slit the throats of babies. People are burning in tents. When will you see all this? When will you react? When will you unite and take a decisive stance? When will the Organization of Islamic Cooperation follow an effective, deterrent policy against these atrocities? When will the Islamic world protect the rights, laws, and lives of its Palestinian brothers? I swear that Allah will ask you and all of us to be accountable for this.”
