Israel: Netanyahu dissolves War Cabinet following Gantz & Eisenkot resignations

The Israeli PM will be making sensitive decisions with a smaller advisory team

Newsroom June 17 11:45

Benjamin Netanyahu is dissolving Israel’s war cabinet, which was formed urgently in October following Hamas’ attack, after briefing its members and following the resignations of Benny Gantz and Gadi Eisenkot from the government.

Now, the Israeli Prime Minister will transfer certain issues to the political-security cabinet for discussion, while continuing to make sensitive decisions through a smaller advisory group.
