A drone reportedly caused the fire in Glyka Nera that raised an alarm in the fire department on Wednesday (3/7) afternoon.

According to reports, a drone which – for an unknown reasons so far – crashed into a wooded area, resulting in a fire, according to the prevailing scenario being considered by authorities.

In fact, as police officers were on the scene, they spotted four people quickly fleeing the area.

The officers then stopped them and then, after a check, they were brought in.

They have been taken to the Peania Police Station and the Fire Department has been notified to pick them up.
