There are growing signs by the day that Joe Biden will withdraw from the presidential race in November’s election in favour of Kamala Harris.

On Thursday, NBC News and the New York Times reported that Biden’s campaign is behind the scenes assessing the viability of Harris’ candidacy against Donald Trump’s.
