The migrant movements took place between February 8, 2023 and June 2, 2023 and the profits of the modern slave traders based on the indictment exceeded 140,000 euros for six cases of trafficking.

The highest sentence was 244 years imprisonment and a fine of 4,550,000 euros, while the lowest sentence imposed was 27 years imprisonment and a fine of 90,000 euros.

For all these sentences, the estimated sentence is 20 years imprisonment. Seven of the 15 defendants were convicted, and as for the other eight, one was acquitted, the others were acquitted because they were found not to be members of the criminal organization, but as drivers in transit, they will be judged by other courts.
