Spetses: Girl rescues kitten that fell into the harbour – See pics

The kitten, after being rescued, was named Spetsi and is in good health, enjoying care and love

Newsroom July 22 06:33

A video from Spetses is making the rounds on the Internet with a girl rescuing a kitten that fell into the harbor.

The kitten, after being rescued, was named Spetsi and is in good health, enjoying care and love. As they write in another video on TikTok, no one but the girl dove in to save it. The girl was asking why no one was dropping and was given the answer “that it’s not safe because of a boat that was probably passing by.” The young girl, however, fell with her clothes in the water and in “half a minute” had the kitten out. “Whoever you are, whatever your name is, thank you. A kitten was drowning inside the Spetses harbor and no one did anything to save it,” the video on TikTok reads.

A post was also made by the Spetses Care For Animals (SCFA) structure. “The sea kitten! Thanks to @cocogoz who jumped into the sea to save it, now has a name, her name is Spetsi and she has a home in America! Spetsi is in good health and enjoying cuddles, care, and love! We will be back with Spetsi’s full story. Stray Spetses stories with a happy ending! Thank you to all the people who texted and called wanting to know if little Spetsi was okay!” the structure wrote on Instagram.
