An inspection was conducted yesterday by a team from the Piraeus and Islands Ephorate of Antiquities at the residence of Stefanos Kasselakis concerning the pool at his house on Spetses, as revealed by Thema.
According to sources from the Ministry of Culture, the team visited the residence of the SYRIZA leader on Monday, August 19th, where the engineer presented the 1978 permit, which, according to his claim, pertains to the construction of a septic tank.
The same sources note that “the engineer claims that what appears today as a pool is the septic tank.” However, they also point out that “in any case, the 1978 permit cannot be valid nearly 50 years later. The regulatory framework for Spetses has been completely revised in recent years.”
