For the first time, candidates of the Public Schools of Higher Vocational Training can be informed via SMS text message about their admission results, according to a decision co-signed by the Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou and the Deputy Minister of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, Ioanna Lytrivi.

During the period when the relevant platforms are open for applications, candidates are invited to register their mobile phone numbers on the following platforms of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports, which can be accessed through Gov.gr.

It is noted that until September 10, 2024, the platform “Application for the selection of candidates for training in public S.A.E.K. of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports” is open for the submission of applications, in which candidates can choose to receive notification of the result of their application by text message and can change the registered mobile phone number until the deadline for submission of their application.

It is reminded that the platform “Parallel Computer Application for admission to public SSCs” is closed and will be opened for applications in 2025. Candidates receive a text message to the registered mobile phone number, which includes, in text form, the results of the selection, as well as a relevant hyperlink, through which they are referred to a special box where only their results are displayed.

New technologies are exploited for the benefit of trainees, further promoting the objectives of digital transformation, while offering young people modern solutions that meet the spirit and needs of the times. The post-secondary vocational education and training pathway is now becoming equal, the ministries concerned announced.
