An operation is underway to extinguish a fire that broke out in a forest area in the Stegno area of Kavala.

19 air resources, 14 aircraft and 5 helicopters, as well as 44 firefighters with 3 teams of hiking teams and 13 vehicles are operating at the site, while the work is being assisted by water trucks of the local government.
