Naomi Campbell: The Glamorous Party of the ‘Black Gazelle’ on the Athenian Riviera

With guests from Greece and abroad, the former supermodel celebrated the success of her company, OC Travel LA, in Varkiza

Newsroom September 16 05:50

Naomi Campbell and Omar Cherif Machichi chose Athens, specifically the Athenian Riviera, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their company OC Travel LA. The glamorous event took place at the renowned Island venue, with guests from the fashion world, international jet-setters, and Greek elites in attendance.

The Grand Ciel, the largest event space at the iconic restaurant, was transformed into an Aegean beach club, complete with bamboo decorations and a handcrafted bar that became a centerpiece of the evening.

The ‘Black Gazelle,’ as Naomi is famously known, made a stunning entrance in a fiery red Dolce & Gabbana gown, greeting her guests, including Kim Jones, designer for Dior and Fendi, and Tina Kunakey. The entire affair was meticulously organized by Greek entrepreneur Chrysanthos Panas, ensuring a flawless evening.

The menu featured exquisite Mediterranean dishes, and guests indulged in a pizza corner, hosted by the legendary Ciro from Naples. Two stages were set up for international DJs, who kept the crowd dancing all night. Greek music added a local flavor to the festive atmosphere, as guests partied under the stars.

Naomi, full of energy and smiles, danced the night away after dinner, thoroughly enjoying the breathtaking fireworks display that lit up the sky from two boats stationed in the sea. The magical night left an unforgettable impression on everyone present.

Among the notable attendees were shipping magnates Giannis Koustas and Nikos Tsakos, along with their wives, who mingled with international jet-set personalities at this glittering celebration.
