Car Accident in Tsaritsani: Deputy Mayor of Florina Identified as Deceased Driver

12 firefighters with four vehicles rushed to the scene and pulled the trapped man unconscious from the cabin of the vehicle

The victim of the car crash in Tsaritdshani that took place on Saturday afternoon (21/9) was the deputy mayor of Florina Lazaros Antoniadis, local media report.

The accident occurred when the deputy mayor’s truck veered off course and burst into flames.

The fire brigade was immediately mobilized and 12 firefighters with 4 vehicles rushed to the scene where they extinguished the fire and removed the trapped man from the cabin of the vehicle, according to elassona884.gr.
