Visual footage secured from nearby surveillance cameras helped security officers identify the criminals who broke into a jewelry store in the area of Agios Nikolaos in Kavala and snatched gold jewelry worth more than 300,000 euros in the early hours of August 22.

These were three foreigners, one of whom was arrested at noon on Monday in a settlement in Kavala as, apart from the warrant issued for the theft in question, a European Arrest Warrant was pending against him by the Bulgarian authorities for organized armed robbery.
