Besides his cars, he also owns yachts, driven by his passion for the sea. The largest of these is a Nobiskrug yacht (built in Germany), measuring 73.5 meters. Although the yacht was originally built in 2011, Melissanidis refurbished it in 2023, making it look almost brand new. It features six cabins, accommodates a crew of 16, and can host up to 12 guests.

Luxury knows no bounds on this yacht, which is equipped with a cinema, spa, helipad, sauna, and a beach club. For the entertainment of its guests, there are numerous toys and gadgets available, including jet skis, SUPs, flyboards, seabobs, and water skis.
Additionally, for easier transportation, there are two tenders, measuring 6.15 and 12.70 meters each.
As for the power, the yacht has two engines with a total output of 4,720 horsepower. According to the manufacturer, its top speed reaches 17 knots (31.5 km/h), while its cruising speed is 15 knots.

The yacht runs on diesel, consuming 900-1,000 liters of fuel per hour. Its fuel tanks have a total capacity of 192,000 liters. The price of the yacht is estimated at around 50 million euros, and it can be chartered for a weekly rate starting at 700,000 euros and exceeding one million.
