A tragedy on Thursday noon occurred on route Lamia – Domokou near Rizakos area, with the young motorcyclist losing his life following the collision with the pick-up truck.

According to LamiaReport, the truck exited a side road wanting to cross over towards Domoko the same moment the motorcyclist was heading from Domoko.

The unfortunate young man crashed into the pickup truck and was ejected, falling onto the roadway several feet away. Although he was wearing a helmet the impact and the fall were severe and died. The 82-year-old driver of the pickup truck was also injured.
