Olga Kefalogianni has been awarded temporary custody of her children in her legal dispute with composer Minos Matsas.

The former couple had submitted opposing requests for a temporary court order to regulate the custody of their children.

Specifically, Ms. Kefalogianni reportedly requested exclusive custody of the minor twins she shares with the composer, as well as his relocation from the family home. On the other hand, Mr. Matsas, in his application, is said to have requested joint custody of the children and the relocation of Olga Kefalogianni from the home where they had lived as a family. According to reports, Mr. Matsas claimed that he had already prepaid the rent for the property for a year.

However, a temporary order from the President of the Athens Court of First Instance has instructed Minos Matsas to vacate the couple’s shared residence in Neo Psychiko within three days. The judge granted exclusive use of the marital home to Olga Kefalogianni. Their two children will also reside with Ms. Kefalogianni.

Additionally, it has been decided that the separated couple will make joint decisions regarding their children’s upbringing, while the mother will have sole responsibility for determining the children’s place of residence.
