Members of the District committees of the SYRIZA, including coordinators and deputy coordinators, have submitted their resignations. The start was made with the three largest in the Lenineland.

More specifically, in the Eastern Attica Prefecture, 18 of the 27 members of the body resigned, while in Eastern Athens, 20 of the 31 members of the body resigned. In addition, 20 of the 31 members of the Prefecture of Western Athens also resigned.

More individual resignations of members of these bodies who wanted to resign by private text are expected to follow.

In the coming days, meetings have been scheduled for other county councils across the country.
