A 30-year-old Bulgarian was arrested on Tuesday afternoon in downtown Thessaloniki by officers from the city’s Traffic Police Directorate.
The 30-year-old entered a metro construction site and, after breaking into a storage room, stole two electric wheels.
It is noted that when the 30-year-old was spotted by a police officer, he fled, throwing the wheels away, but was later apprehended, and the tools were returned to their rightful owner.
The arrested individual will be brought before the competent judicial authorities.
