In the GADA will spend the night Irini Mourtzoukou, who was arrested earlier today (21/11), as a lawsuit was pending against her by a member of her family for defamation.

The 24-year-old woman was taken to the prosecutor for criminal prosecution at Evelpidon and will be detained at the GADA. Tomorrow Friday (21/11) at noon, she will be referred to the B’ Autofromo Single Chamber to be tried.

Earlier, Irini Mourtzoukou looked charged when she arrived at the police station. “I’m not well, but I’m calm,” she told a MEGA reporter.

“He is sure they never slept together. In recent days, Ms. Mourtzoukou, said that her children – the two who have died – have come to life with her mother’s partner after she had committed rape. This is not true, the man is in a bad psychological state,” the plaintiff’s lawyer, Tasos Dugas, told Live News.

“We tried very hard not to file a lawsuit, but Ms. Mourtzoukou did not understand. We spoke with her many times. My client knows what has happened and he is sure that they never slept together, I wonder why Ms. Mourtzoukou continues all this,” Mr. Dugas continues. “We filed three lawsuits and today she was arrested after filing the third lawsuit,”
