The complaint by Stasy employees that the doors of an HSAP train between Ano Patision and Perissos stations were opened while the train was in motion on New Year’s Day, prompted the intervention of the head of the Athens Prosecutor’s Office Aristides Koreas.

Specifically, Mr.Koreas ordered a preliminary investigation to determine the validity of the complaint and whether there was any danger to those on board the train.

The investigation will investigate, among other things, whether the offence of disrupting transport safety was committed.
