As the Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, said about this new feature: “Citizens give their consent for the extraction and disposal of their specific personal data and insurance companies receive with absolute security and validity the necessary data of the citizen for the conclusion of vehicle insurance policies. This possibility will be extended to other procedures, such as changing mobile phone providers. We offer citizens those technological tools that ensure a simple, friendly, and fast service directly from their mobile phone.”
