A video showing young individuals hanging from the back of a city bus in downtown Thessaloniki, while it was in motion, risking their physical safety, has gone “viral” on social media over the past few hours.

In the footage, three young men can be seen holding onto the rear of the bus, their feet dangerously close to the road surface, while shocked pedestrians and passing drivers look on in disbelief.

Whenever the bus stopped, the three reckless youngsters would climb down to rest, only to resume their dangerous act once the bus began moving again.

The bus driver, who did not have visibility of that part of the vehicle, appears to have continued driving normally along Egnatia Street, unaware that individuals were hanging off the back of the bus.
