Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum discussed the issue of U.S. tariff impositions during a phone call, Trudeau’s office announced today.

The two leaders agreed to work together in areas of common interest and to strengthen the already strong bilateral relations between Canada and Mexico.
