A fire broke out on Thursday morning in a single-family home in Florina.
More specifically, according to the news site voria.gr, the fire started at around 1:45 PM, while a mother and her daughter were inside the house at the time.
Seven firefighters with two fire engines rushed to the scene to extinguish the flames.
It is believed that the fire started in the kitchen, as firefighters found burned utensils and cabinets upon arrival.
According to reports, no major damage was recorded, while the mother and daughter were taken to Florina’s hospital as a precaution.
