According to the National Meteorological Service (EMY), the bad weather will move from west to east, bringing heavy rainfall and thunderstorms in some areas.

Specifically, strong rain and thunderstorms are forecasted:

a. From late Saturday afternoon (15-02-2025) in the Ionian Sea, coastal areas of Epirus, western Sterea, and western and southern Peloponnese.

b. From the early hours of Sunday (16-02-2025) in eastern Peloponnese and briefly in western and southern Crete, the Cyclades, and the northeastern Aegean.

The weather is expected to improve starting Sunday afternoon (16-02-2025), first in the western regions and gradually in the rest of the country.
