TripAdvisor 2025: The best beach in the world is Greek

Thailand, Aruba, and Florida also rank among the top spots

TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel platform, has released its list of the best beaches in the world for 2025.

Based on the results of the Travellers’ Choice awards for the top 25 beaches worldwide, the number one spot is claimed by Elafonissi Beach in Crete.

Following in the global rankings are Banana Beach in Thailand, Eagle Beach in Aruba, Siesta Beach in Florida, and Praia da Falésia in Portugal. Australia dropped to 15th place with Manly Beach, while in the United Kingdom, the top-ranked beach is Weymouth Beach.
