Russia‘s categorical opposition to the idea of deploying European troops on Ukrainian territory was stressed today by Mikhail Ulyanov, Moscow‘s representative to international organizations in Vienna.

“First of all, the European Union is not impartial, and the peacekeeping forces must be impartial. Secondly, Russia is categorically against” the deployment of European troops, the diplomat said in a Telegram post.
