The Supreme Court Prosecutor, Georgia Adilini, has requested the immediate transcription and official registration of the Corfu Single-Member Court of Appeals’ decision, which acquitted a former Corfu Primary Court Prosecutor over missing case files.
Specifically, yesterday, the former head of the Corfu Prosecutor’s Office was acquitted of the charge of repeatedly issuing false certifications, as the court determined that there was no intent to deceive on her part.
Following this ruling, the Supreme Court Prosecutor’s Office requested the immediate transcription of the decision, so that Georgia Adilini can assess whether there are sufficient grounds to file an appeal against the ruling.
