Tentoglou, Petrounias, Korakaki, Ntouskos, Keramida honored by the Armed Forces – See Photos

Paralympic fencing champion Tania Keramida was also honored by the Supreme Council of Armed Forces Sports

The Supreme Council of Armed Forces Sports awarded the best athletes of 2024 on Monday.

Among those present were Olympic long jump champion Miltos Tentoglou, Olympic rings champion Lefteris Petrounias, Olympic shooting champion Anna Korakaki, Olympic rowing champion Stefanos Ntouskos, and Paralympic fencing champion Tania Keramida.

Lefteris Petrounias shared photos from the event, showing himself and the other Olympic champions in their uniforms.

“This award holds great value for me—not just for my athletic achievements but because it reminds me that I joined this service out of pure love for the profession. Now, as I complete 15 years of service, I feel that every effort, every setback, every pain, every hospitalization, every moment, every battle was not in vain,” wrote Tania Keramida in her post.
