Not guilty due to doubt were all 33 fans of PAOK (in a separate case, there is one more minor) who were arrested on March 2 in Agios Konstantinos for incidents against AEK fans, as declared by the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Lamia.
According to lamiareport.gr, after two marathon sessions, the second of which concluded shortly before 5 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025, there was no conclusive evidence regarding whether the individuals arrested were the ones who caused bodily harm to opposing fans.
All of them denied any involvement in the incidents during their statements, and during the previous session, even the AEK fans testified that they did not recognize any of the defendants, just as the owner of the store stated.
However, there was the testimony of a police officer who had identified 15 individuals participating in the incidents from video footage, while another 11 were present at the scene but could not be confirmed regarding their level of involvement in the attack.
Similarly, he did not recognize AEK fans who had retaliated with objects thrown by opposing fans. After the acquittal, the restrictive measures regarding the prohibition of attending PAOK matches and their requirement to report to the local police station one hour before and one hour after any match of their favorite team in all sports are no longer valid.
