A change in the weather is expected in the coming days, with winds gradually easing. Thodoros Kolydas even predicts temperatures reaching up to 30°C.
“Temperatures will rise, and the winds will weaken gradually over the next few days. In many areas, temperatures will reach between 26 and 28°C, and locally, it’s possible to see readings of up to 30°C,” he states in a post on X.

In Crete, the southern Cyclades, and the Dodecanese, the weather will be unsettled, with showers and occasional thunderstorms. In Crete, these phenomena may be quite intense until the morning. Elsewhere in the country, expect mostly clear skies with some increase in cloud cover during midday and afternoon, bringing isolated rains and thunderstorms, especially in the mountainous regions of mainland Greece.
Winds will blow from the north, 3 to 4 Beaufort in the west, 4 to 6 in the east, and up to 7 Beaufort in the central and southern Aegean.
Temperatures will remain fairly steady, reaching 25-26°C in the west, 23-25°C across the rest of the mainland, and 19-21°C in the other regions.

In Crete and the southern Dodecanese islands, expect partly cloudy skies with a few local showers until the afternoon. Elsewhere, generally clear weather with some clouds forming in the mountainous areas of mainland Greece during the afternoon.
Winds will blow from the north-northwest, 3 to 5 Beaufort in the west, 4 to 6 in the east, and locally up to 7 Beaufort in the southern Aegean in the morning.
Temperatures will see a slight increase, especially in the east and south.

The weather will be mostly clear. In the northern mainland, scattered clouds may develop in the afternoon, with a chance of local rain in the mountains. Visibility in the northwest during the morning may be limited in some areas.
Winds will blow from the west, 3 to 5 Beaufort, locally reaching 6 in the south. Temperatures will continue to rise across the country.

Expect scattered clouds, with some areas experiencing more dense cloud cover. There’s a possibility of a few local showers in the west during the morning, gradually spreading to central and northern Greece.
Winds will come from the west—4 to 6 Beaufort in the south—and from the south—3 to 5 Beaufort elsewhere. Temperatures are expected to remain stable.
Weather forecast for Tuesday
In the Ionian Sea and central and northern Greece, expect cloudy skies with local showers and thunderstorms, gradually improving from the afternoon. The rest of the country will generally enjoy clear weather with occasional sparse clouds.
Winds will blow from the south, 4 to 6 Beaufort. Temperatures will rise slightly, remaining relatively high for the season.
