In 1984, he joined his father in leading the company, and from 1992 he fully took over, aiming to transform it into a modern publishing organization with a distinct presence across all publishing categories.

As part of the modernization and expansion of the publishing house, a key turning point was the decision to collaborate with the Lambrakis Journalism Organization and to convert the company into a corporation (S.A.) in 1999.

Among its international partnerships, which included exclusive licensing rights for various publishing series in the Greek market, were agreements with Disney, Time Warner, Harper Collins, Dorling Kindersley, Larousse, Hachette, and others.
