The women’s 4x100m relay team, consisting of Sofia Kamperidou, Rafaela Spanoudaki, Dimitra Tsoukala, and Poliniki Emmanouilidou, won gold with a time of 43.77 seconds, adding another medal to Greece’s tally. Earlier, Emmanouilidou had already claimed the gold in the 100m sprint.

The men’s 4x100m relay team also secured first place. In a thrilling finish, Vasilis Myrianthopoulos held off a strong final sprint from former world 200m champion Ramil Guliyev. The Greek team—comprising Lampros Volikas, Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos, Sotiris Garaganis, and anchor Myrianthopoulos—edged out Turkey by just 0.02 seconds, finishing in 39.03.

In the mixed 4x400m relay, however, it was Turkey who came out on top. Despite a strong effort from Greece, with standout performances by Elibiona Zenegia and Gkousa Tzepetzi, the Turkish team maintained their lead. Turkey clocked 3:24.66, narrowly beating Greece’s 3:24.86. The Greek team also included Giannis Simoni, Katerina Grigoriadou, and Petros Papagiannis.
