The exercise, designed and executed under the direction of the HNDGS, aimed to examine and test operational planning and contributed to the training of Armed Forces personnel in planning, coordination, and execution of Joint Operations.

At the same time, interoperability was sought with the involved agencies of the Security Forces and the Civil Sector, within the framework of testing and evaluating the National Civil Defence – Emergency Planning Alert System of the HNDGS (CD/EPAS/HNDGS) and the relevant operational planning.

The entire activity served as the basis for training in the procedures of the Crisis Management System (CMS) and synchronizing the conduct of operations among all participating Major Commands, within the framework of the New Force Structure of the Armed Forces.
