Panhellenic Exams 2025: Which candidates from disaster-stricken areas were admitted to Universities – See the results

Enrollment for successful candidates will take place from October 15 to October 22, 2025

The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports has announced the university admission results for candidates from areas affected by natural disasters, who participated in the first Panhellenic exams held after the event, in June 2025.

These candidates, from both General (GEL) and Vocational (EPAL) High Schools, can find their admission results by entering their 8-digit candidate code and the first four capital letters of their last name, first name, father’s name, and mother’s name on the designated results platform.

Enrollment Information:

  • Dates: From Wednesday, October 15 to Wednesday, October 22, 2025
  • Method: Enrollment will take place without the online registration process.

Successful candidates must contact directly the departments or schools where they were admitted, providing:

  • National ID card or passport
  • Any additional documents requested by the department’s administration office

The enrollment process involves submitting an application directly to the Secretariat of the relevant Department or School, either:

  • In person
  • Via electronic means (e.g., email)
  • By postal mail

Important Notes:

  • In case of online or postal submission, applicants must also submit a signed declaration stating that all information and documents provided are accurate and truthful.
    This declaration must either:
    • Be issued through www.gov.gr, or
    • Bear a certified handwritten signature.
  • If a successful candidate is already enrolled in another university department, they must submit:
    • A withdrawal certificate from their previous school, or
    • A declaration stating they will submit the certificate as soon as it is available.

This special admission concerns candidates from areas impacted by natural disasters, granting them priority access to higher education institutions under exceptional circumstances.
