China’s Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd. went viral on social media after its CEO decided to hand out 22 million in bonuses, with 7.3 million of it given at an event with a special condition that employees get as much money as they could carry with their hands.

The celebration at which the peculiar distribution took place on February 13. At it 800 tables were set up to accommodate about 7,000 people.

According to the South China Morning Post, the company, founded in September 2002, had a total profit of 33 million euros for 2025, meaning nearly 70% of that was shared among its 7,000 employees
