The Minister of State responsible for Defence Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Mubarak bin Fadhel Al Mazrouei, was received today at the Ministry of Defence (Pentagon) by the Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias.
During the meeting, the two ministers discussed the further strengthening of bilateral defence cooperation between Greece and the United Arab Emirates, as well as regional and international defence and security issues.
In addition, within the framework of the agreement on joint cooperation in foreign policy and defence, Messrs. Dendias and Al Mazrouei signed a letter of intent to deepen the strategic defence cooperation between Greece and the United Arab Emirates, with emphasis on innovation.
The today meeting between the two ministers took place as a continuation of their talks a few weeks earlier, on 31 March 2026, in the United Arab Emirates.
